At Teleperformance, we recognise the importance of career development for both our employees and our company . Continuously upgrading skills and knowledge is vital in an ever changing environment and helps us meet the demands of our clients whilst growing our workforce skill sets from within.

The Teleperformance Training and Development team, alongside HR, support and deliver a range of courses to employees across the UK that have been designed to help our people succeed in their current roles and develop their skills for the future.

Aspire to Succeed is our advisor development programme offering around 18 different courses from “Building Confidence and Assertiveness’’ to “Successful Interviewing Skills”. Open to all advisors and designed to aid development, these courses are scheduled and repeated each quarter so as many advisors as possible can benefit.

Aspire to Lead is a leadership programme designed for those keen to progress into  management. The programme itself is full time and is delivered over five days. Participants will then complete ‘on-the-job’ assignments over three months with the ultimate aim of gaining internal accreditation and successfully applying for any available Team Leader roles within the business.

NVQ - We recognise that our advisors deserve a path to external accreditation which will ultimately aid their career development.  Alongside local training providers, we are pleased to offer a suite of courses all relevant to the contact centre industry.  These  will enable our advisors to gain  externally recognised qualifications and improve their employment and progression opportunities.

Professional Funding - Alongside our internal training initiatives, we also recognise the importance of seeking out external learning opportunities. We offer our colleagues opportunities to develop within their role  through recognised qualifications. Support may take the form of time off time in lieu, full or part payment of course/qualification fees or any combination of these.
