Manchester Campus

Based in the heart of the city, next to Victoria Station, our Manchester campus is home to 400+ people and is our latest addition to our UK site footprint, opening in 2017. Our advisers provide customer service and sales/order processing for retail client customers.

Bangor Campus, Northern Ireland

We are the largest local employer in Bangor, with 600+ people on our campus providing customer service support on behalf of a range of public sector clients. Just 13 miles from Belfast, with excellent transport links, Bangor is the second largest town in Northern Ireland and home to Teleperformance since 2000.

Glasgow Campus, Scotland

With three contact centres located in the city centre, Glasgow is the home of our Retail & Financial Services Centres of Excellence. Our 800+ people provide customer care, technical support and telesales, along with multi-lingual capability to help customers.

Newry Campus, Northern Ireland

Established in 2007, our Newry campus is home to 600+ advisers who provide customer services, sales and social media support to our client’s customers. Newry is the second largest employment centre after Belfast and the town features in The Times’ list to ‘Top Schools.’

Ashby Campus, England

Positioned in the heart of the UK’s road, rail and air networks, Ashby is home to 140+ advisers, who provide contact centre, back office and distribution services to our client’s customers. Ashby was established in 1998 and also houses print, mail fulfilment and secure document management.

Gateshead Campus, England

Our Gateshead campus was established in 2000 and is home to 800+ advisers across two sites. Our Technical Support Centre of Excellence is based here, as well as an advanced customer service centre with an international business base. Gateshead is located close to Newcastle and within reach of five universities and a population of 811,000.

Bristol Campus, England

Bristol is close to four prestigious universities and for Teleperformance, is home of our multi-lingual hub, which covers French, Spanish, Dutch, Welsh, German and Nordics. Established in 1998, the 400+ advisers on campus provide customer services, social media and complaints management support to client’s customers.
