NVQ – We recognise that our advisors deserve a path to external accreditation which will ultimately aid their career development. Alongside local training providers, we are pleased to offer a suite of courses all relevant to the contact centre industry. These will enable our advisors to gain externally recognised qualifications and improve their employment and progression opportunities.
Professional Funding – Alongside our internal training initiatives, we also recognise the importance of seeking out external learning opportunities. Support may take the form of time off time in lieu, full or part payment of course/qualification fees or any combination of these.
